FAQ'S

Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.

All of our guides are British Cycling qualified to level 3 (highest standard in the UK) they have appropriate levels of first aid and of course the cycling ability to back it up. Additionally we assess the skill level of clients to make sure the route is most suitable for your enjoyment and safety.

In the event of adverse weather rides may need to be modified, shortened or cancelled. This is the reality of taking part in outdoor activities however we will always work with clients to find the most suitable solutions.

Of course! We will try to group Ebike riders together but Ebikes are more than welcome to come along with acoustic bikes. We can provide guiding on ebikes if the group is all electric.

We do several types of rides to suit most abilities and fitness levels, from smooth rolling paths to steep enduro trails but for a full breakdown of skill and fitness check out our dedicated page then pick the activity that is right for you!

We will try to arrange groups by interest and ability as far as possible.

We currently do not offer our own hire bike, however get in touch with your requirements and we can recommend some third party providers locally.

We have got some extra small bits of equipment for when those inevitable forgetful moments happen, however we do not look to lend or hire any critical bits of equipment. Ie helmets

We do not provide any accommodation. However we can recommend local spots to suit your requirements such as campsites and hotels near to the riding.

We do not provide any food for customers before, during or after activities, some rides may include a cafe stop but customers are responsible for their own dietary requirements at any food stops.

What is the age range? All ages are welcome, however under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Bring the bike you enjoy to ride! The most important thing is any bike you bring should be well maintained, we will indicate which types of bike are suitable for each excursion but if you are unsure or you have any maintenance worries please inform us beforehand and we can attempt to help.
